About Us
Why New Technology Networks Exists
New Technology Networks was founded in 2006 by Neal Tubi in Agoura Hills, California. He saw how delayed responses, recurring problems, and confusing explanations left business owners managing issues their IT provider should have owned.
He built the company around a more accountable approach. We learn how each client operates, support the people who rely on its systems, explain recommendations in plain English, and address the larger cause behind recurring problems.
Today, we serve 10–100 employee businesses across Los Angeles and Ventura counties, including attorneys, accountants, and other professional firms. Our role is to provide the responsive, security-focused support of an internal IT department without requiring clients to build and manage one themselves.

How We Work With Clients
Our operating principles come directly from what businesses need from an outsourced IT department.

Know the Business
Effective support starts with understanding the people, systems, deadlines, and workflows behind each request. That familiarity helps us respond with context instead of treating every issue like an isolated ticket.
Communicate Clearly
Clients should not need a technical background to make sound technology decisions. We provide direct explanations and practical recommendations without pressure or jargon.
Stay Ahead of Problems
Our work extends beyond responding when something breaks. Monitoring, maintenance, security planning, backup oversight, and technology guidance help reduce avoidable disruptions and uncertainty.
Remain Personally Accountable
We operate as a boutique IT and cybersecurity firm rather than an impersonal support queue. Our team takes responsibility for moving issues forward and keeping clients informed.
